These Terms govern your use of qially.com and any services provided by Qi Ally.

Services

Qi Ally provides fractional C-suite leadership, AI workflow consulting, and strategic advisory services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in Statements of Work (SOWs) or Service Agreements.

Engagement Terms

Scope

Services are delivered according to agreed-upon SOWs or service agreements, which define deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual agreements. Typically, invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Termination terms (payment for work completed, transition support) are outlined in individual agreements.

Intellectual Property

Work product and deliverables belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Qi Ally's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
